Kids and Adults approved!
Our friends introduced us to this and it’s a bit hard to understand at first and score keeping can be tedious but kids and adults love this game. One can be winning and last round it can all flip around. Definitely recommend.

Family favorite
We love all of Grandpa Beck's games and this one especially. We keep a few sets on hand ND when we visit we bring the game and then leave it with the hosting family. Three generations in our family choose this game more often than not. Highly recommend for independent play over 8 -10, and with help 5-6+.

Favorite game ever!
This game is fun for the whole family!! There is some strategic bidding, pirates, mermaids, and in the end you can win big or lose big but I think it’s always worth the risk! Yo Ho Ho 🏴☠️

Yo-ho-ho!
Skull King is our very favorite family game! The kids range from 10-16 and we’ve been playing for years. It seems tricky to get started, but the game play is so fun, the card characters are the best, and any single round can shift the entire points standing. Love!

Fun for everyone!
I play a lot of games and Skull King is one of my all-time top games. I love it because it's one I can pull out with any number of people and have fun with it. You can play with 2 players up to 8 players. It doesn't take long to explain how to play the game either so you can jump in and start playing pretty fast. Another thing I love about it is they have it broken up into different levels of difficulty in the rules. So if I am playing the game with my kids, I could take out some of the cards and it makes it easiest enough to play with kids. If I'm playing with adults who play a lot of games, I can leave those cards in to add to the strategy of playing the game. It really is so much fun, and fun for everyone!

Love this game!
Love this game! It is so fun to play with a group. It has helper cards if it takes you a little bit to learn the rules. I find those super handy. We give this game as a gift frequently to newlyweds and friends!

Best Game!
We own Skull King and a few other grandpa Beck games and they are all amazing! Skull King is a go to game at our house and definitely worth owning. I brought it to a favorites thing party and it was a hit! Way to go Grandpa Beck games!
