Flawed handle design
Plastic is kind of brittle. Two arrived cracked and broken. And the plastic edges underneath the handle are rough and uncomfortable. Tolerable enough for occasional use, like I'm using it for my grilling accessories. But not something I would want to carry everyday like as a bathroom caddy in college. I love the large size. And I like how it has one side open and the other side divided to fit a variety of items. if they would fix the sharp edges underneath the handle issue, it would be a fantastic caddy

Big but Broken
I liked that this caddy is huge. However the black part of the handle doesn’t stay on (was off in the box) and when you hold onto the handle, the plastic edges on the bottom of the handle are hard/pokey. I would have kept the caddy if the top (black part) of the handle would stay on.
