Pan was bent/warped right out of the original packaging. Handle touched stove from one side leaning back. Shipped in original packaging so this was a quality control issue.

Thie is the 4th Granitestone Diamond Pan I have purchased, all of different sizes. I like this one for turkey bacon or sausage. Cooks evenly and cleans up nicely.

So far I have used it to make blueberry pancakes and over easy eggs, both worked fine on my smooth electric cooktop. It is non stick but I used butter and oil the first time like they say to. Easy clean up and much less bulky to store compared to my electric griddle that died!

The non-stick is true to its word as I didn't need any butter or spray to make my eggs slide right off of the pan. Melted cheese was even no match for how slick this pan is. The heat distributes evenly and the cool touch handle really is cool touch, even if the pan is scorching hot. Absolutely no complaints about this product, just go get yourself one.

It doesn't stick. I have not had it very long so I can't review the longevity of the non stick. It is great for grilled sandwhich's. I can easily cook four at a time. It is very easy to wash. I would recommend it. It would be a great gift for someone moving out on their own. It is very versatile.

This grill is super easy to set up, and extremely easy to use. It provides a great cooking temperature for all things like steak, burgers, roasts, and even hot dogs. Sometimes I like to use it for panini sandwiches as well. It is very quick to heat up, and any and all drippings are very easy to clean. The adjustable temperature control makes it a cinch to change from item to item. Very easy cleanup and storing as well.

I do add butter to the pan for flavor, and there's a slight grain on the surface of the pain so I think a thin sheen of fat does help. I've used this pan several times to fry up breakfast and I've seen great results. Easy to store, too.

Two features i really like are how lightweight and easy to move around it is and the handle stays cool to the touch so no need for potholders. You can use butter or oil or nothing. I decided to try it with nothing and it turned out good. The pancakes seemed to cook quicker then other skillets. Sausage links browned up really well. Heat distribution seemed even. No problem with anything sticking and clean up was very easy. If I could find any fault it would be the size. Its 10.5 inches but it seems smaller so not much can fit at one time. All in all I really like this griddle and would recommend to anyone as it seems easier to cook on and flip food.

I ordered both, and did not get both, the deep grill came, but the griddle was canceled. I really wanted the set. I always watch my shipments, I didn't see it was canceled until after the shipment came.
