When Tony Lip (Mortensen), a bouncer from an Italian-American neighborhood in the Bronx, is hired to drive Dr. Don Shirley (Ali), a world-class Black pianist, on a concert tour from Manhattan to the Deep South, they must rely on "The Green Book" to guide them to the few establishments that were then safe for African-Americans. Relevant in the 1960's and Relevant Today!

A lovely and true story of the beginning of a life-long friendship between two racially and culturally different men. A story of developing mutual acceptance, respect and love for one another. Don’t miss it!

Best movie

This movie was funny but at the same time heart warming. It made me cry, laugh, and compelled me to try to place myself in my neighbors place. A healing type of movie that we desperately need in this day an age. Specifically, because of the division that the president has created in the USA. Love this film!
