Save your money. Day one it was great. day 2 everything was sticking. Day 3 was just horrible. Day 4 it went in the trash. We tried low heat, medium heat, oiled the pan everything and nothing helped.

We are very sorry to hear about the issues with your cookware. This issue can be easily resolved! It is likely that you have a layer of carbonized oil built up on your pan that will create a barrier between the pan and your food. When this happens, you are basically cooking on the layer of oil as opposed to the surface of the pan. This layer may not be visible. This cleaning method has proven to be extremely successful and can be used when you notice staining and/or sticking. For the best results, please try this method twice. Once complete, you may resume normal washing with soap and sponge. Fill the pan halfway with water and bring it to a near boil for about 2 minutes. Pour out the water and place the pan on a sturdy surface such as a wooden cutting board. Carefully use a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser on the warm surface; this should do the trick. If this does not work, please email GreenPan directly at customercare.us@greenpan.com. They are happy to help!

I've been using it almost daily when I'm cooking breakfast for myself or my family. It distributes heat evenly while I'm cooking. It only takes a little bit of oil or butter and my eggs don't stick. I also really like the Caribbean blue color. The only thing I wish it came with would be a lid. Other than that, it's a great frying pan!

Super easy to clean after use, and once it’s on the heat it does have great heat distribution, ONLY downside is when you add the oil it just pools on the edges doesn’t stay in the middle. But even with that it doesn’t allow the food to stick. Would still buy

I actually owned a larger size of this pan before. I eat quite a lot of eggs as part of a lower carb diet and this is a great pan to quickly fry a single egg or make a little 2 egg omelette. I find it to actually be nonstick and easy to clean. If this small one wears like the larger version, I’m expecting it to last me several years of frequent use. While I typically do reach for a larger size frying pan as I normally fry 2-3 eggs, this is a great small pan.

I use glass stove but this is also induction ready. It says it’s dishwasher safe but I like handwashing my pots and pans. The handle feels sturdy and I can easily grip it well.
