Don't Buy!! You Will Regret it in About 10 months
I've had these pans about a year and they have already failed. I followed their directions about the type of oil to use, the level of the heat and they worked great for about 10 months. Then things began to stick on the fry pans. I contacted them and they provided me a "heavy duty" cleaning process and implied that would take care of the problem. It didn't. I called them back to ask about warranty replacement and they basically said they product was not defective. (How they would know this without seeing it baffles me.) Beware, you will love them when you first start using them and gradually they will fail. I will never buy one of their products again.

Great set of pans
I recently purchased these pans and am very pleased with them so far. I spent all weekend cooking with them, everything from eggs to seating chicken thighs, and these pans performed very well. They heated quickly and evenly, and just like many of the reviews said, you can actually use a lower heat setting. I was cooking everything on a 3 setting on my electric stove and getting a nice sear on my chicken. The pans are heavier than the set I was replacing and feel like they will last a long time.

The best!
This cookware is beautiful, easy to use, makes cooking (and the cleanup) a joy. My only issue is that if I want lids for all the pans, I have to order them after the fact. I wish every piece came with its lid.

Excellent Square Pan! Cleans up easy, cooks evenly, I personally just handwash the pans, so I have not tested how well they do in dishwasher.

Fantastic Cookware Set
This is a fantastic cookware set. The pot and pans are sturdy and should last for years to come. I love the variety of the set. While I still give it 5 stars, I do wish it came with a 2 Qt saucepan as well. Other than that, it is a fantastic set.

Non-stick
These GreenPan pots and pans are truly impressive! I used them for the first time last night, and the nonstick surface worked better than I expected. While browning ground beef, I actually had to be careful not to push the meat right out of the pan, it slid around that easily. Cleanup afterward was effortless too; everything wiped away in seconds.

I like the pan but have questions about the pooling of liquid around the edges of the pan. It seems to cook okay even with the pooling so I am not sure if that was intentional?

Make the Investment!
I can't believe I suffered with using a worn out Teflon saute pan for over 2 years when I could have been cooking with these. I'm glad to have made the switch. The quality is evident as soon as you open the box. I'm loving the cooking process as well as the cleanup! Food tastes so much better simply because of the heat conduction. I will be babying these so they stay in as wonderful shape as they came in for as long as possible.
