Great Ryobi Replacement
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this mower after great frustration trying to repair a Ryobi push lawn mower's height adjustment lever that led to cascading problems making it inoperable. This mower FAR exceeds the Ryobi's performance and features. Comfortable grips, straightforward assembly and operation with great cutting ability. I appreciate the fan cooled double battery charger.

Great Lawn mower
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I have only used it once. It had great power. I was not used to a self-propelled mower. Take the first run easy until you get used to the power.

Bought the combo
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Found the mower, blower, and weed eater at a nice price. My first electric set. Love that all three items use the battery. Runtime is nice. Mows like a charm. Weed eater is lightweight and comfortable. Blower is really powerful.

Decent product, can improve on battery life
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Battery life not that great, but its overall a decent product. The blower is powerful and appreciate the lawn mower drives forward without you having to push the entire thing.

Hello Christiee813. Thank you for your feedback. We are glad to hear you are enjoying the power of the blower and the ease of the self-propelled mower. For getting the best possible runtime out of your combo kit, a few simple adjustments can help: 1. Using standard power modes when conditions allow can extend battery life, saving higher settings for tougher jobs. 2. Mowing on a regular schedule and avoiding overly tall or wet grass reduces strain on the mower. 3. Setting a slightly higher cutting height can also improve efficiency and runtime. 4. Keeping air intakes and components clear of debris helps all tools run more efficiently. For longer run times, this system is compatible with other Greenworks 24V batteries, so adding additional or higher-capacity batteries (such as 6.0Ah options, where available) can help you work longer without interruptions. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and your feedback helps us continue improving our products. If you have any additional questions about compatibility or operation, Greenworks Customer Success can be reached either via Chat on www.greenworkstools.com or by calling 1-888-909-6757, and our team will be happy to assist.

Great tool for yard work
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this one in bundle and my back yard is around 2400 sqft and with single charge,I was able to do mowe,Edge trimming and blower operation. Self-propeled option is great addional of older people can do it as well.Power is enough to mowe around 5 to 6" long grass to 2 to 3" grass.

Great Power
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago and it’s a great mower just wish the batteries would last longer. I can’t even mow my back yard on one charge.

Hello Chad48. Thank you for your feedback, we are glad to hear you are enjoying the power of your mower. Battery runtime can vary based on grass conditions and usage, but here are a few tips that may help extend runtime. 1. Mow more frequently, cutting smaller amounts of grass reduces strain on the motor and batteries. 2. Adjust cutting height, a higher deck setting can improve efficiency, especially in thicker grass. 3. Use self-propel only when needed, reducing use of the drive system can help conserve battery power. 4. Ensure full charge and proper storage, charge batteries fully before use and store them at room temperature for best performance. 5. Keep blades sharp and deck clean, this helps the mower run more efficiently and use less power. For additional guidance on setup and best practices, you may find helpful video resources on Greenworks YouTube page by searching your model (MO48L520). If runtime continues to fall short of expectations, Greenworks Success team would be happy to review your setup and help further. They can be reached either using the online chat function, on Greenworks Tools page, accessible by clicking “Chat Now” in the bottom corner of your screen or by calling 1-888-909-6757.

Poor Runtime
We’ve used the mower 3 times and barely get through half of our small yard. Beware, up to 60 minutes run time, really means 20-30 minutes mowing and then waiting 2 1/2 hours for the batteries to charge. No option to return for dissatisfaction so I’m just out of luck. Very disappointing.

Hello Chris O27. Thank you for your feedback, we are sorry to hear the runtime has not met your expectations. For this kit (1349002), the “up to 60 minutes” runtime is based on ideal, low-load conditions. Actual runtime can vary significantly depending on factors such as grass height/density, cutting height setting, terrain, and self-propel usage (if applicable). In typical residential mowing conditions, it is common to see shorter active mowing time, especially in thicker or taller grass. To help maximize runtime, we recommend, mowing more frequently to avoid cutting overgrown grass. Raising the cutting height to reduce motor load. Ensuring the deck and blade are clean and free of buildup. Using a slower walking pace to reduce strain on the motor. Confirming batteries are fully charged and properly seated before use. Greenworks 48V (24V x 2) 5.0Ah batteries generally takes 75 minutes to fully charge when using a Greenworks dual-port rapid charger. Charge times of approximately 2–2.5 hours are expected depending on battery temperature and charge level. We understand your concern regarding return options and appreciate you sharing your experience. If you need help optimizing performance further, our support team is available to assist. They can be reached either using the online chat function, on Greenworks Tools page, accessible by clicking “Chat Now” in the bottom corner of your screen, or by calling 1-888-909-6757.

Good quality tools
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bouught this combo almost a year ago and have used them all last year. Very pleased with the mower, blower and hedge trimmer. I am tall and the height of the mower handles is ideal. The chainsaw functions but chain will not stay tight for more than a few cuts so I just use it for quick cuts too far away for an extention cord. The string trimmer is for light use only as the string breaks easily (too thin). I have a small yard and can mow it all on one battery charge.

Mow & Go
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Did a lot of looking around for a yard set that would fit my needs and I settled on this set. It fits my needs and price point as I have only a small front yard. Ordered and received them kit as promissed. It was packaged nicely. Assembly was fairly straight forward. Took a bit to charge up both batteries. Once done I got to mowing and I really liked the assist drive. I was able to mow, trim & blow on one charge with enough left battery left to do it again before needing to recharge. What I was paying a gardener this will pay its self off within the year. I expect to get many years use out this.

Works well
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mower cuts well and is easy to maneuver even without the self propel. Brand new 5Ah batteries last ~45 minutes without the self propel feature. I haven't tried out how long with self propel yet. If you have a large yard, maybe invest in additional batteries unless you just want a break while mowing.
