A: The floaties are a good thing! If left unrefrigerated, these floaties will form into a SCOBY that you can use as a starter to craft your own home brew.

Tart, like rubberbands
It was my first time trying some booch. It's very tart and reminds me of apple cider vinegar. It's too tart for me. The smell and the taste of it combined is yucky. It also tastes like what a rubberband would taste like. It's definitely an acquired taste.
