A: The floaties are a good thing! If left unrefrigerated, these floaties will form into a SCOBY that you can use as a starter to craft your own home brew.

A: All of our SYNERGY offerings are considered naturally decaffeinated—a result of the fermentation. Each flavor contains about 4mg to 8mg of caffeine per 8-ounce serving.

It was my first time trying some booch. It's very tart and reminds me of apple cider vinegar. It's too tart for me. The smell and the taste of it combined is yucky. It also tastes like what a rubberband would taste like. It's definitely an acquired taste.

The flavor definitely caught me off guard but I'm not big into kombucha anyways. It was hard for me to down easily in one sitting, thinking it'd be fruity. It comes in a nice glass bottle you could reuse. I was also able to use this as a starter because it was a raw kombucha flavor. To do this, you have to let the bottle sit until bits have fallen to the bottom of the bottle. Then you pour out about half the bottle slowly so it won't mix. The remaining bottom half in the bottle will be your starter so shake it up a bit before you mix it in with your sweet tea. The trilogy flavor did slightly affect my first batch but the trilogy flavor was gone by the second batch.
