Guerlain Jicky 2.5 Eau De Parfum Spray For Women

I love this fragrance and was most impressed by the speed of delivery and the condition of the product.

Shalimar and Mon Guerlain Intense are my other favorites but Jicky is quickly becoming a love! I tried to get another bottle but it will have to be backordered. It is spicy one moment and soft the next. Lovely Perfume.

Scent is amazing! Bottle cap feels & looks cheap. Scent isn’t as long lasting as I’d hope, will go for the extract in the future.

I first bought Jicky in 1977 my sister bought Mitsouko my friend bought Shalimar . We still wear them , our signature perfumes !

Well, I used to work in the upper echelons of the clothing business. I discovered Jicky aged 17 or 18 years old. Now 70, it's the only scent I've ever worn. Best ever!! Tried a few others; nothing but nothing comes close. 'Nuff said! I'll be buried with a bottle in my pocket.

I found Jicky a couple of years ago and fell in love. It’s a great, all-season, subtle, complex scent and I love the history behind it. I’m so grateful to Guerlain for making it easy to order as it’s VERY hard to find in retail.

I've been a Jicky devotee since the 80s when I first discovered it. Even though some fragrances come close, like Mouchoir de Monsieur, nothing acheives the perfection of balance that Jicky does. I've sampled many, many scents over the years; Jicky is the most original and most enduring for me. Perhaps most remarkably, I must have seen Jicky through a few reformulations. Thank goodness, Guerlain has maintained Jicky's integrity.

I first wore ‘Jicky’ years ago and chose it this year as a birthday present. It’s just as lovely as I remember!

Smell too strong and heavy when first apply. After a while becomes acceptable. However, it won't last, comparing with the one that I love, Pachouli Ardent.

Received Jicky Eau de Parfum as a birthday gift. I've always loved this classic fragrance. Couldn't be happier (would have loved a sample of Shalimar. But it wasn't available.

Jicky, with it almost cumin/turmeric essence (which are not a part of it's make up),,,,presented such a challenge to me when I first sampled it years ago. However, I always held it with high regards for it's dominance and unwavering originality! Now as an owner, I sense the prominent vanilla, citrus, and a round of savory saltiness which speaks to diversity, culture and a confidence,, that I am always aiming to achieve. Jicky---A Powerhouse of a fragrance!

After trying this on, I had to have a bottle. And from the Guerlain website I could even order a personalized touch to it. I couldn't be happier and would consider myself a likely customer again.

I'm still getting to know Jicky, as everytime I wear it I pick up a new note. This takes me on a journey everytime. The citrus, and vanilla are so well blended. I wore it yesterday and I smelled cinnamon along with the other notes. Like many Guerlain fragrances, it has many notes, and very well blended. Since Jicky has been around for over 100 years, I'm glad I finally own a bottle. I think this can be worn in any season.

This is a lovely scent in a beautiful bottle. It is not heavy or overpowering.

Jicky is a lifetime favorite. Only wish I could find the Eau De Toilette online instead of the Eau De Perfum though. I hope to find it one day.

Beyond being a piece of history (1889!), Jicky is pure pleasure. Even more genderless than Shalimar (it was worn by Sean Connery, Brigitte Bardot, Jackie O and Serge Gainsbourg, after all), it greets you with an almost-barbershop-y opening (the spices and lavender) and then, slowly, the classic floral-vanilla Guerlinade appears. As a man of a certain age, I wear Jicky as much for myself as for others; it creates a bubble of delight that makes an ordinary day special. I can only imagine what this was like in 1889, but I'm really enjoying the current formulation.

In the final analysis, alas, I prefer the older version of this fragrance. It is an unusual scent, owing to the fragrance notes. There are other Guerlain fragrances which I enjoy and would recommend, though.

I bought this as soon as Guerlain alerted me it was back in stock last year. I absolutely adore this joyous scent. I first tried the Bee bottle eau de toilette and fell in love with it on first spray. I did wish it were a little longer lasting and so decided to get this, which I honestly don't find much different performance wise from the bee bottle edt. Still, I love it and will use it and replace it when it is finished. I just wish Guerlain would hear our pleas to bring back the extrait/pure parfum. I would be the first in line to purchase it if they did.
