Q: I read the Label Information several times and found a list of all the essential oil but no where could I find coconut oil listed anywhere. If there is coconut oil in the formula, how many % is it ?

Cleanest Mouth
I just got this toothpaste along with the oil pulling wash. This is the cleanest my mouth has ever felt after brushing. A little goes a long ways. I also have my 4 year old using this. The first time he said it was a little spicy but he tried it again and is using both products with me.

I do use it a little more sparingly than suggested (5mL about every other night for 3-7 mins, depending on my mood), but I have noticed a huge difference. Helped my bad breath
My dentist told me I was showing signs of gum disease. I have no cavities or damage to my teeth so I knew it had to be bacteria beyond my teeth. I was having trouble with bad breath. Even after brushing twice a day. Tongue scraping. And using the waterpik twice a day. Used this for 5 days and my husband said I no longer had bad breath. I used 5ml a night for ten minutes. Oh my… I see others like the flavor, however I am not one of those people. It really tastes the way Repashy and Pangea made my crested geckos tank smell. I know, very specific, but I could not think about anything else while swishing it in my mouth. I do agree it makes your teeth feel very nice afterwards, so I’m hoping I get use to the flavor. It has good ingredients for oral health, so I don’t doubt it works. I hate when people leave bad reviews for a good product just because they don’t like the way it smells or tastes. Though this is just my first impression and I do think it will improve my oral hygiene routine.

This is a wonderful flavored oil (includes cloves and mint essential oils which are great for teeth care). I use only a small amount (about 7ml) and swish for at least 10 minutes while watching the news then spit out in the kitchen garbage. Additional bonus: it makes the garbage smell nice, heh. 😆
