Description

Using the Empanada Fork: Place it over your pastry, push down on the handle, then place your fingers on the metal crescent and press down firmly for a neater seal. For reinforcement turn the pastry over and seal again. Use the Empanada Fork to make empanadas, apple turnovers, samosas or calzones, or use it to mash potatoes, bananas or chicken for tacos.
