I ordered 2 gray/ivory poufs and I got one gray/ivory and one blue/ivory pouf. I called customer service and they were not helpful at all. They wanted me to email a picture of the blue/ivory one I got by mistake so I did and they said they didn’t receive it so I sent it again and they still didn’t receive it. I said never mind and brought the blue/ivory one to a Target store and the lady did a return of one on my phone and said the correct one was ordered to be sent to me. She said to keep the blue/ivory one of the time being and said they probably wouldn’t want it back. Then I got an email saying they won’t send the correct pouf until I sent the blue/ivory one back. I printed the return label and dropped it off at FedEx a week ago and haven’t heard anything nor have I gotten my correct pouf that I have paid for. I am extremely unhappy about this. It wasn’t my fault that the wrong one was sent and I am paying the price for it in more ways than one. I am giving the pouf a good rating because I like it but I just want the other one I have already paid for. I am giving the customer service one star.

Beware, package delayed 3 times so far

I still have not received the Halifax pouf ottoman. The package has been delayed 3 times now so I'm not even sure that it will ever arrive. The site stated a 4 day delivery, originally. Target refuses to cancel the order. I guess I will give a real review if the pouf ever gets to me. By the way, it's not a weather related delay which would be understandable.
