It’s the perfect size took it out of the package yesterday and it is still glowing 24 hours later. It’s a light weight plastic and the star comes off the handle part. it’s a cute little added touch to a Halloween costume or just letting the kids play with it anytime of day. I think it’s reasonably priced. I received an incentive to write this review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is glow stick wand. It’s definitely bigger and thicker than a regular glow stick. The glow is nice and bright. Unfortunately it is a glow stick, so it only lasts for up to five hours. For the cost, I’d rather buy something that lasts longer and can be used multiple times, not something that is one and done. The star part attaches to the top of the glow stick and it’s a decent size for a kid. I received an incentive to write this review.

Mine are going to love walking around with these on Halloween, if I can get them not to break the glow stick part until then! The glow stick itself doesn’t feel like a cheap one, and it’s nice that the top pops off so that maybe we can put it on another glow stick after this one is done glowing, if I can find one that fits. It comes in two pieces, and the glow stick part is really easy to activate by bending it and then shaking it. my daughter loved playing with it when I gave it to her. It would be fun to go along with a princess or fairy costume or just for being outside at night in general. They are inexpensive enough that you could buy them for several children at a time.
