Q: We bought this costume, but the Dino head is not staying upright. It keeps flopping down and so can’t see anything.

A: Thank you for reaching out and sorry to hear about the issue with your costume. The Dino head should stay upright when the costume is fully inflated. Please make sure that: Costume is completely inflated before wearing it. The elastic and drawstrings around the ankles and wrists are secured tightly to keep the air inside.
