The only 3-way swaddle that adjusts to fit baby's sleep style. Swaddle with arms in, hands-to-face, or with one or both arms out to ensure baby’s best sleep. With adjustable fasteners for a perfect fit, it nestles baby like a soft blanket without the risk of sleep-related dangers—so baby can sleep both comfortably and safely. Signature “Back is Best” embroidery is a gentle reminder to place baby in the recommended sleep position. Features an inverted zipper for easy diaper changes and a roomy sack design that’s recognized by the International Hip Dysplasia Institute as promoting healthy hip development.
Size: Available for babies 0 to 6 months. View size chart to select the proper size for your child. Discontinue swaddling when the baby shows signs of rolling over or breaking out of the swaddle wrap.
TOG 1.5: Ideal for moderate temperatures (65 - 75°F).
Care Instructions: Turn inside out and close zipper before laundering. Machine wash cold with like colors on gentle cycle. Close zipper and fastener strips before washing. Tumble dry low. Do not bleach, iron or dry clean.

Q: My daughter is only 11 lbs but 23" long and the size chart is confusing, I only see 2 sizes offered...will she fit better in NB or small?

A: HALO here. We recommend looking at the weight of your baby and then the height when determining the correct size to use. The largest size that we sell the swaddles is a size small. Since your little is 11 lbs., we would recommend that you use the newborn size until she weighs a little more. Just be sure that your baby has room to stretch out her legs.

We love this swaddle sleep sack! We had the newborn one right when the baby was born, but once she was 2 months she needed the bigger size. It will make it easy to transition out of the swaddle. I wish it had a higher TOG because we like to keep our room around 63 degrees at night and that's not possible with just this swaddle.

At first, this sleep sack swaddle looks really nice. Wraps around snuggly, allows room for the feet to be free. But once you actually start using it, you see just how horrible it actually is. The Velcro is not only loud, but makes swaddling actually more difficult as it tends to get snagged on the wrong parts. Also, because it's so elastic, it actually makes it easier their arms to escape. And then to reswaddle them, you've got to rip the very loud Velcro off and try to pull it around them. I get the concept, but in action this is just not worth the hassle at all.

Love these swaddles. My daughter breaks out of every other brand we have ordered except theses! She sleeps comfortably and safely, we are now switching to the no arm sleep sack by Halo as she is getting older. I’ve now bought four of these to switch between each nights sleep-and donated the other brands.

I wish it had a double zipper - it’s very hard to re-connect/thread through the zipper at the top in the dark half-asleep after a feeding or diaper change.

I have used these swaddles with 4 babies now, but thank goodness I kept some of the old ones! I bought a brand new one for my baby this year and they have completely changed the fabric. It is super stretchy to the point where my baby can easily get out of it, even as a newborn, compared to the old ones. The new ones have a lot of excess material (like others said). It makes it impossible to swaddle securely. Not sure what made them change the fabric but the old ones work much much better.

This item has changed so much over the years. The pattern is adorable however, the material is so stiff and cheap and extremely thin, very disappointed as this used to be my go to sleep sack for my children.

When my baby starts to roll, I like how the swaddle transitions to a sleep sac that can allow his arms out for safety. Cons: The cotton material takes a very long time to dry and the velcro will stick to and ruin other clothes so you’ll need to wash and dry the swaddle separately. Halo, please add a double zipper to all swaddle models! I received this swaddle in the newborn size as a gift and it had a double zipper and that was sooo helpful getting my baby in and out of the swaddle in low lighting so he would stay asleep!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love these and just sized up to this same style when our little one grew too tall for the newborn one. it’s so easy to swaddle baby with the Velcro, and this particular pattern has a double zipper which is great. For some reason not all of the patterns have a double zipper (hedgehog doesn’t) which is kind of strange but not a deal breaker.
