Q: How do you brew iced coffee.
A: Hi, used to work for a worldwide coffee chain, brew it hot like normal and put it in the fridge in a different container till it reaches your desired temperature. Pour a cup and add ice. Do the same for iced tea. Enjoy!

Q: Can I use it to boil water only? How long does it take to boil 6 cups of water?
A: HOW LONG? When Running Cleaning "Cycle" before first use of actual coffee - I timed the time for 10 cups of water to fill carafe > at about 9.5 min or simply about 1 minute PER CUP ! (with no filter, NO Coffee ONLY WATER)
