Q: Are the size smalls into size medium for toddler size shoes? The later size mediums into the large for older kids, but not adult size? The size chart is very confusing.

Here I am trying to fold clothes and instead have to speak about Targets Customer Service @ my location. All I wanted to do was exchange the size!! The Returns Cashier and Manager were a disgrace & contribute to what is wrong with customer service industries today. Ok so….. I say I wanna exchange, here’s my barcode, should I get the correct size,… so she says, it’s not showing up on my app./account. Well, I was trying to get out of there and took her word for it. (Side note) I still had a drive up order I needed to grab. She says, I need your License, ok here. Then says, it’s not scanning,… after arguing I tell her get the manager. Manager comes, says the same thing. What was that you asked,,,, I Can Not do an exchange in sizes on the socks bc my (valid) drivers license would not scan in their system!!!!! Yet here is the purchase, here is my account, with personal identification & my wasted time I’ve spent writing this.
