A: They're not. I just got one of the two packs I ordered and there's only one white one in my package (also one beige and other assorted colors). I wish I had known for sure ahead of time. Target, please tell us how to get the all white package!

The cotton was scratchy and uncomfortable even after I washed them. Some of the panties fit and some did not even though they were in the same package. I would not purchase again or recommend.

Each pair was cut differently. None of them were the correct size. And this is the second package I have purchased in two days with the same problem. I guess quality and consistency are a thing of the past…

Not great colors the last few times I bought these. I know they can vary but I'd hope that I'd get at least one good color. They're very neutral. I've been wearing them for years and like them a lot. Sometimes I get one that the waist comes apart or the side seam isn't stitches straight but for the price they're still okay.

These run extremely small and shrink even more when you wash them. The fabric becomes scratchy and uncomfortable. They cut into your legs and have no stretch. I love the old ones with the accurate sizing and soft fabric, these new ones are the worst!

Incredibly small and uncomfortable!! I’m a size large in every kind of underwear but obviously a size large in these is truly a small. Super disappointed and cannot return.

Rise was not mentioned. These are Low rise and this was not mentioned on the site nor on the pack. I really like these cool comfort as they hold up the boy parts better than any other cotton panties out there. If the rise of the panty is not something you mind too much I would suggest going a size larger, Site says one sizing, Package says another. Thus going a size up would be a better bet. This is sad because I really like the Cool Comfort line of panties.

Do not buy these. They are awful. The fit is terrible. Bought my usual size and the cut is all jacked up. The elastic digs in under the butt cheeks and the crotch part is so wide that it chafes the creases of the leg. A pad with wings was almost not wide enough to span it. Throwing them all away.

For the price, can't really complain. I just wanted some basic cotton undies. For all the other small ladies out there, these don't come in XS (don't get why?? seems like a pretty standard size to me), which I'm annoyed about, so I had to get S. I plan to try shrinking these in the laundry so they'll hopefully fit better.

I have been buying these for a long time. I really like these for comfort. I noticed that the elastic band is different than previous packs and the cut feels a little smaller than usual. Still comfortable and still a good price for a basic underwear.

Bad quality. I thought Hans is a good brand. It says it’s 100% cotton but it’s rough. The edge is not nicely made, it’s so thick. When you wear thinner or tight trousers, the edges might show. Don’t think you like to keep it on for whole day for it’s not comfortable and the style. Just look at it, I feel it’s rubbing my skin. Will never order this brand in future.
