definitely get the warranty because some pieces came up missing in the packaging and or dented I believe the warranty helped in getting and replacing pieces easily.

Backyard beauty
We don't have a big backyard so we wanted to make the most of our space. We combined this pergola with a modern patio set and the combination is amazing! completely shades from the sun. The material is very strong and holds up really well. and it still looks brand new! Highly recommended.

Pleasantly surprised! I was a little intimidated at first, but after following the instructions, it came together almost flawlessly. A few of the screws weren't machined exactly right I was able to find alternate screws in the garage. But other than that, perfect. Looks nice and functional.

This pergola is solidly made Our neighbors volunteered to assemble it for us. We bought this to replace a cheaper pergola that had a fabric top that was shot by the third season. The louvered top adjusts to filter the sun or to block the rain. It is a substantial unit that looks like it costs much more and we really love it.

I like that I can open as needed.
Some beams were bent most likely it happened during the delievery process. Otherwise, the product itself works as expected. It does not leak when it is raining. We are in OH, holds up ok so far, spring will reveal more…

Perfect!
Bought the 10x20, Over 3000 parts! But my husband and friend put it up, which took about 10 hrs. We didn't need 6 guys. when putting up the roof frame, I needed to participate, but that took about 30 min of my life. It has been up for a month now, gone through many storms.

Seemed like it was going to be a tuff install but was fairly easy. Two persons job for getting the frame up but I was able to do it solo with some creative solutions. and gutter system works great. Time will tell but happy overall

easy to assemble if you go slow and read the directions!
I purchased the 12x12 It was super easy to assemble as long as you take your time and read the directions! I thought it was packed very well and every part was wrapped to protect it. Now, there were two pieces that had very slight bends in an edge. Was able to bend it back easily, but it was due to the boxes being thrown around in shipping. Suggestions: take all of the screws out and put them in bowls

So far so good.
Took 6. 5 hours to assemble. Fits perfect. Seems solid. stayed dry. Interested to see how well it holds up to high winds. Def happy with it. The shade it provides is Huge!

Very Well Engineered Product But Assembly Can Be Tricky
My wife assembled this product over two days in about 14 15hrs. The instructions are mostly visual like Ikea instructions, but it's still easy to make a mistake if you don't triple check the pictures. One tiny dot then you're spending time dissembling a major support beam because it's on backwards. Overall, we are very happy with the results, and the engineering is very well designed e. g. the camming mechanism for the louvers work very well.

construction are excellent quality! My husband and I installed ourselves. We're in our 70's so you 'youngsters' should manage easily. It fits exactly as detailed and sturdy. Easy to use sun shading mechanism is efficient and effective. You will not be disappointed.

Perfect for our space!
My two teenage boys put almost the whole thing together, and other siblings here It probably took them a total of about 8 hours. They were frustrated when sometimes a piece wouldn't go in smoothly, and they'd have to shave off an extra tiny piece of metal blocking a hole for a screw. but they just hammered it out and made it work. The louvers were very easy to put in as one of the last steps. In the end, we absolutely love it! Worth the time
