The result is simple and stunning: prominent bourbon notes of vanilla and caramel and smoky oak-cask layered atop a smoky base of black tea. Brewing instructions: use one sachet for two cups of tea. Pour boiling water (212F) over the sachet. Infuse for 5 minutes. Remove the sachet.

In full transparency, the sachets in sugarcane material will not decompose well in your compost pile out back. I purchased the pumpkin spice. I want to gate keep this tea !!! I love this tea so much I drink it all year. When I can’t get it at target during the summer, I order it directly from their site and it’s usually priced very well. I’m so thankful it’s back in stock at target. I try to leave some for the other shoppers by the way. :) I usually drink it with oat milk as an alternative to the Starbucks chai which is not decaffeinated and also on the sweet side. This is such a great alternative and I love the flavor. It is definitely my go to. The tea is a nice chai blend, very balanced. Other chai blends are to strong with one flavor or another but this once is perfect!!

Disappointed Favorite
This is my favorite tea- I drink it daily and have bought it for years. I can’t give it 4 stars right now because I have noticed a big difference in the past 2 boxes I have had. They have changed how much tea is in each sachet and my cups of tea are now super watery and unflavorful compared to what they used to be. It is so disappointing and I am hoping it’s a fluke and not a permanent thing.

Please ditch plastic tea bags!
I am sad to give this product 1 star and I really hope the company will see this review and hopefully taking the time to write this will be worthwhile. I love this tea, the aroma, the packaging - the tin is so beautiful! But, we live in times where pretty tins are not enough, we need more than ever products and brands that protect consumer health. Look it up, we have studies proving that a single plastic tea bag can release billions of micro plastics in a single cup of tea made with water that's above 95 deg c. Obvs everyone makes tea with boiling hot water. There are other brands that are committing to plastic free tea bags, your brand needs to do the same! I want your pretty tins, I want the lovely flavors of tea, I WANT to enjoy your teas, just please put them in safe tea bags!!!! Nothing else matters.

After IKEA discontinued their tea. I was devasted as I had not had. favorite tea since Teavana and Starbucks trashed Peach Tranquilty and Youthberry. I searched for anyone's recommendation as a dupe and discovered Harney and Sons, which I always have in stock. It's so delicious. I cant pick out cherry or vanilla its blended so well together. I am also not a big fan of vanilla flavors. but this one is perfection. I steep for 5 minutes, 2 bags with 16 ozs boiling water. add about a tbsp of lemon juice, freshly squeezed and about 1 tbsp honey. I have steeped it 10 minutes and longer, not intentionally, but it didn't change the flavor profile. I love the tins these come in, but I have so many I am currently trying to find a way to repurpose these. One idea I love is using to wrap gifts!
