About The Author
J.K. Rowling is the author of the seven Harry Potter books, first published between 1997 and 2007. The adventures of Harry, Ron, and Hermione at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry have sold over 500 million copies, been translated into over 80 languages, and made into eight blockbuster films. A: It depends on the kid. My boy is in 2nd grade and already read all the 8 books on his own. He~s completely obsessed with Harry Potter. We agreed every time he finishes a book he can watch the movie after. He turned 8 years old this week. I just bought this collection because he was bringing the books from school and the library and now everything is closed.

The books are so lovely, and nice and light. but when I got to book 3, several chapters are missing, and several are repeated. Can't return the boxed set bc it took me a few months to get to book 3. Now I'm stuck with a set with unreadable books.

Misprinted Half Blood Prince
These books are really nice quality. The only hiccup was when I got to Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, the book was misprinted. The page numbers go from 1-244, 373-404, 277-the end. Pages 245-276 were missing entirely from the book.

I would recommend this collection
It's been a while I've wanted to get this collection to read it again. This particular edition is very simple, not hard cover and the paper is also kind of a rough paper but good to read. If you looking for a simple and cheaper collection this is for you. I wanted to get the paperback and also here in Target I found it cheaper than the complete ebooks collection.
