Deidre M. Pettinga, MBA, MA, PhD has more than thirty years professional marketing experience which run the spectrum from applied to theoretical. She has worked as Chief Marketing Officer for a national nonprofit, and has taught marketing at the college level for more than twenty years. David F. Bateman, PhD, is a professor in the Department of Educational Leadership and Special Education at Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
