A: Yes, the rack comes in four pieces that snap together. The top and bottom shelves snap to the side panels. Easy and no tools required.

I got this organizer for my breakfast station and it’s perfect. It was easy to assemble, and seems quite durable. The pieces fit together well via tension and don’t rattle. It fits under my cabinet and holds everything I need for oatmeal.
