A: Great question - we always recommend a damp cloth and/or any baby wipes - if it's safe to wipe your baby with, it's safe for Grow! Harsh cleaning agents are not recommended to clean Grow.

A: Great question! We offer washable covers that lay across the top of the scale that will not affect any weighings. Keep in mind if you're putting a cover on the scale it cannot be wrapped around the bottom or the feet or draped across and touching the table top.

A: It will re-zero itself, so it's fine, but you dont need a cover. The mess just wipes off of it.

Gave as a gift and the weigh part broke immediately: Company replaced it which was nice but then secon one broke immediately too. As just a very expensive changing pads my kids think it is too bulky and heavy. Embarrassed that I gave them such junk

This changing pad is the worst I’ve ever seen. Breaks SO easily! I got a replacement in July after the weighing mechanism went out after 8 months of use. Received a replacement and the keys broke off within 4 months. Customer service could not help, as apparently this is a common issue.

I bought this because my baby wasn’t gaining weight appropriately and I wanted to be able to do weighted fees. The scale is grossly inaccurate. Her weight will fluctuate around a pound while using this. I can set her down on it and she will be 7 lbs and then reset the app and it will say she’s 8 lbs. It will say she ate 10 ounces which is impossible. Save your money and don’t buy this scale.

Amazing product. My newborn dropped weight in the hospital and this was a saving grace being able to weigh him at home. It gave me comfort knowing he was gaining weight and getting enough milk especially since I was nursing.

Love this multifunctional changing table. The app also tells you what percentile your little one is in after you weight them. Only thing I didn’t love was the smell of the changing table (smells like a mix of plastic and something else?) but the smell wore off after 2-3 days.

I received my Hatch pad in the mail yesterday. I opened it and noticed damages on the underside of the pad. A piece of leather is separating from the pad and the whole foam top layer is separating from the frame in certain areas. I contacted Hatch support and they pretty much told me that if the top part is blemish free then the pad is fine. So, they won’t be replacing the pad. What kind of customer service is that??? Nothing bothers me more than a company who doesn’t take pride in the quality of their product. So I will be returning b/c for the price I paid for the pad it should be perfect! I will be returning to Target in the morning. I will just opt for your standard cushion changing pad and research high quality scales since I will be exclusively breastfeeding.

Super easy to set up, great app that’s useful beyond weight tracking. I would love if it tracked without needing to initiate from my phone though, since i don’t usually bring my phone to diaper changes. Only downside for me is that it won’t lock a weight if baby is wiggling too much and half the time my baby is mad when it’s time to get a diaper change. The changing pad concept is smart though- since it’s the only time baby isn’t in a diaper and weighing with a diaper adds several oz to the weight

My mother bought this product for our baby girl because in the beginning we were having trouble with her weight gain so she found this & we figured it would be perfect BUT it would not calculate her weight accurately which kind of made my husband & I panic sometimes until we would weigh her in her bath tub that is way more accurate. I found it okay in the beginning but as our daughter is now 10 months she is outgrowing it also moving around of course so it’s really hard more like I might as well change her on the floor which may be softer. It does have its perks where I love I can record her feedings & sleep also her diapers that helped a lot in the beginning still does I also like how it is very easy to clean not much hassle but all & all to me it’s too much money for something that doesn’t honestly do much

Absolutely love this changing pad! I loved being able to weigh my baby as a newborn to check to see if he was gaining well. The app works super well and records the weight as well as some other things. The scale was usually pretty accurate compared to being weighed at the doctors office. Bonus is that it’s super easy to clean 10/10!

Really disappointed, the foot on this scale broke and Hatch said this makes it unusable. They won't replace it because it's been 13 months.
