I had a hard time finding a replacement medicine cabinet and thankfully this fit. It would be helpful if the interior cabinet measurements had been included in the product description on the website as I bought this sight unseen from the website. For the cost though, this leaves a lot to be desired. It is a mirror finish on plastic not a true glass mirror so the optics aren’t as great, and my childproof cabinet unlocking magnet won’t stick to the mirror since it’s not real glass which is a let down. The biggest disadvantage is the round interior cabinet corners. While this looks good you lose about an inch of storage on each side of the cabinet on the bottom and top because you cannot put anything on the curve. This is equal to at least one, possibly two items, depending on the size. With so many beauty products, etc that lost space was really unfortunate. Didn’t think of this when I bought it and wish I had. A true rectangle would have provided more space. Had this cabinet been in the under $100 range then it would be fine. For the close to $200 I paid I expected a glass mirror, better space and a higher quality item. For example, the interior door has screw around the edges on all sides. This looks cheap to have all those screws visible. And, all were black to blend except one was silver one. Go figure! Still, why the visible screws? The door is also thick so when recessed all the way into a wall cut-out the door won’t swing all the way open because the door thickness doesn’t allow full range. There are also interior screw caps which is a nice touch is they weren’t white which makes them stick out. I wasn’t going to use the caps but then silver screws would be visible. Seems like the installation screws and caps should be black to match the cabinet’s interior. Little details that shouldn’t be at that price point.
