A: There is no sauce pack it is all one bowl mixed together

When I'm wanting to cut back on the sauce, I cook the meal, then I add a 1/4-1/2 cup of very hot water, stir it together, the strain out about half of the sauce. May sound like a hassle, but it really isn't, plus I can feel better about sodium intake.

It was my first time trying this bowl and flavor and I liked it! It’s spicy but nothing too bad and the level of spiciness is on the packaging as well. Wish there was a bit more meat but everything else was good for a frozen bowl tbh. I would get this again!

Quick and nutritous lunch for me and my kid( ingredients w/o sauce). But the portion was a bit small and the sauce was far from Korean Gochujang but close to sriracha.

It's full of flavor, microwaves well, and makes a great lunch or dinner meal. It's spicy, but it's a good amount. Anything less would not be spicy at all.

I buy these power bowls all the time from market basket in fall river MA and they are always good but for some reason one that i purchased yesterday 10/22/24 was really bad it was like slime i ate it to see if it would get me sick i was a little upset. I buy at least 12 of these every week.

I tried for the first time last night. I was holding it off because it looked too healthy (lol), so I thought it would taste awful, but I was delightfully proven wrong! I'm so excited to make this a staple! I'm tired of cooking two to three meals for myself daily(!) ever since I had to start adulting. I feel good knowing I'm making a good, healthy choice. I'm so happy! This deserves a higher rating, for sure! It's spicy and flavourful, and the beef is easy to eat. I actually can't stop thinking about it! (lol) I can't wait to buy it again!

It’s pretty good! Just a reminder it is what it is, a frozen meal, and you pay what you get. I first bought it because I forgot to buy lunch for work, but it actually tastes decent and makes me feel somewhat healthy because of the vegetables. It reminds me of bibimbap, and it does have a little kick to it so be aware of your spice tolerance. It’s also a little salty, but it’s preserved so I’m not surprised. If you added some of your own rice I think it would balance out.

The Healthy Choice Korean Beef Bowl is my favourite frozen meal, maybe ever. So convenient and satisfying. I like the variety of textures (e.g. grains, bamboo shoots, beef) and the spiciness helps me feel when I am full. This product is part of my regular grocery list now.
Tasty, but beware the chewy, low quality broccoli.

This was fantastic, but please make a version that isn’t so hot! I didn’t realize when I purchased it that it was hot but glad I didn’t as I wouldn’t have tried it. But please make a one chilli version or no chilli version for those of us who tummy’s don’t like hot food. Luckily I had a big jug of milk in the fridge! The flavour in this is amazing and I enjoyed it immensely (though the bamboo shoots don’t nuke that well). I will suffer through the second one I bought just because it is so worth it, regardless of my tummy! Can’t wait to try some of the other bowls to see if they live up to this one! Bring on the Korean Beef no/one chilli version!! 🙃

The dish reminds me of bibimbap. The beef isn’t amazing, but I like the flavors of the vegetables. As with many frozen dishes, the rice is watery after microwaving. I recommend adding green onions, an egg, and sesame oil.
