Measure your right hand if you are right-handed or your left hand if you are left-handed. As shown in the below diagram, wrap a tape measure around your palm at the base of your knuckles. My wife is not able

Warm enough but touch screen feature not that great
They are warm!. . . but I still have trouble getting the "touch screen" feature to work. They definitely keep the hands warm and my fingers are usually freezing in the winter, with other gloves, but these work great for that! However, they really could be better as far as the touch screen part goes. They really don't work great for that.

Hopefully but disappointed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so hopeful. I excitedly opened my gloves and immediately went for a walk. It was 45 degrees with no wind and in less than 10 minutes my fingertips were getting cold. And I'm not cold natured. The fingertip sensors did work with my phone.

Wonderful, but disappointing.

But, unfortunately, after I was outside walking in 38 degree weather for a little while my fingers got very cold. Very disappointing.

Touch does not work
I initially ordered different gloves & was sent the wrong size. I was offered a free replacement pair but none like I initially ordered were available. I ordered these instead. I did not realize they were a knit covering, as I would have preferred more of an outer wind barrier. They are soft on the inside but I absolutely cannot get the touch screen aspect of these gloves to work AT ALL. That was their only truly positive feature but I am so disappointed. Normally I love & endorse Heat Holders products, and I was so impressed they offered to send a replacement pair. But nothing that I wanted or that were more desirable were available in my size S/M.
