Heavy Duty Power Strip, 6 Outlets, 3 ft Cord, Black

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I always worry about what if I mess up my electronics but I am pleased to say I have my lamp, my kindle fire, my iPhone and my fam plugged in and it isn’t all hot to the touch. Everything charges appropriately. My fuse box doesn’t snap off and I am glad that my 6 outlet power strip gets the job done. Sometimes I even plug in my laptop or my electronic back massager with no issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just received my GE 6 outlet power strip. It's really sturdy and I love the fact that it has locks on it's sockets. They easily turn to lock or unlock them. The only downside I would say is the length of the cord. I wish it was a little longer.

I like that the outlets are spaced out better and inserting the plugs doesn't require force like the ones I used in the past. It feels safe using it because it doesn't heat up which scares me when I use other kinds of power strip.

I am able to plug up 2 lamps, phone charger, television, and Bose without issue. I don't have to worry about extra extension cords. The light is easy to see and the sockets are secure. Great product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This GE 6 outlet power strip is excellent for a computer set up or TV/console set up. There are lots of outlets to plug into so you will have space to get everything plugged in. I am currently using mine for my computer and paper shredder since I have to use one of the main plugs for a deep freezer. Now I have space to charge my vacuum when need be or anything else that needs to be plugged in. The outlets turn so they are covered when they are not in use which is great for keeping dust out when you are not using the outlets. It is easy to use with a simple on/off switch and a decent length cord for plugging into the wall.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s pretty basic power stripe, lightweight and durable. It works well and does its job that’s intended for. I like that it has a longer cord than my last power stripe and the dark color is easy to conceal behind the entertainment stand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This power strip works as expected. I chose to use it on one of my kitchen counter tops behind my toaster oven, coffee maker, and stand mixer. It's nice to able to plug everything into one strip because I don't have enough electrical outlets for my counter top appliances. You can mount this under a cabinet, on the side of a cabinet on a wall, or just laying flat on your counter. I would not use this for computers or televisions because it doesn't have a surge protector. I really like that the outlet covers turn when not being used so that dust does not accumulate in the outlets, it is also a great child proof feature to keep kids from sticking their fingers or things into the outlets. The 3 ft. cord length is the perfect length for my counter top. I like that it has a circuit breaker built in with one switch to reset it. It is a great power strip for anyone who finds they have too many things to plug in with not enough wall outlets to accommodate

The 6 outlet strip is the perfect size for under my office desk, tucks in nicely, and because it's sturdy, it stays put. But the feature I appreciate most is the turning safety locks - they're easier to turn than any others I own. Typically, I unplug, grab a screwdriver and turn because they're always so stiff. But with the GE, I was able to do it by pressing my thumb flat and turn. Perfect for me! Now I need more because really, can you have too many power strips? I think not!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice compact power strip with 6 outlets. There are child safety locks, which are a little too easy to turn. That is fine with me since we don’t have children, but I’m not sure how safe it is for little kids. The cord is 3 feet long which is longer than a lot of other power strips that I have owned. It has a shutoff if the strip is overloaded which is a nice reassurance that it can eliminate a possible electric fire.
