Q: How do you take the cover off???

A: Hi T, the outlet cover you’re referring to is not designed to be removed. It’s a sliding cover that serves as a built-in safety feature. To access the outlet, place your fingernail or a plug prong into one of the grooves on the cover’s surface and slide it to the side. This will reveal the two prong holes, allowing you to plug in your device while keeping the cover intact, just shifted to expose the outlet. I hope this helps - Stanley

Not your regular extension cord
I don’t recommend this extension cord. They don’t give you the instructions on the cord. I just thought it was a regular extension cord. You need to slide the little panels over to be able to plug in. Dumb design. I had to go back to the target app to read instructions. My bad for not reading the complete description before purchasing. My opinion, the quality was fine, but the design was flawed.

I got this as an extension for my vacuum so I can vacuum our house without having to plug it in to 7 different outlets and remove the child locks in each room. So far it’s been great just in general but getting the vacuum plugged in was a struggle, it wouldn’t go in all the way and took some serious pushing for it to click together.

I like this black extension cord
I must say I have never owned a black extension cord, so when I saw this one I knew I had to get it. I will work great in my office remodel and won't stand out the way the white ones do. I can use it to power my docking station and my 2 monitors I use for work. I doesn't feel cheap and it also has childproof coverings, so don't have to worry about a child sticking something into the sockets. I would recommend it to my family and friends.

Does the job but difficult to remove cover
Overall this is a good basic indoor extension cord. I prefer black over white because it isn’t as noticeable. I received this to review but It is a good price and the safety cape is a great concept but I find it difficult to remove.

Really nice extension cord
I received this Dealworthy indoor extension cord. For free. From Hey, bullseye sampling program. For my honest review of it. This is a really nice high quality extension cord. This extension cord is 12' long with 3 covered outlets. I really like the covered outlets. Makes it kids safe. I like the black color. It goes well with the colors in my home. I will definitely buy more of these.

Love the length of this cord
I love the length of this cord. It allows me to be able to take my indoor items a long way or to go around furniture. I wish that I could have more of these long cords for my indoor projects. I also like that the outlets have a cover that sits over the inlet when you are not using that plug

I absolutely LOVE this extension cord its small so its not hard to hide if u need to and you can turn the plugins off by sliding the switch which closes the one you choose its long enough to reach anywhere you need and the quality is great!
