Heavyweight Linen Blend Duvet Cover and Sham Set Pressed Floral Print - Casaluna™

I love my new set! That beating said, when I was in the store, I noticed there were some that were slightly more tan/yellow in color and the linen side felt rougher and like the material would fall apart easier. On those, I saw some fraying at the seams. The ones with a pink color background also had a darker, more defined print on it. The fabric was thicker and softer at the same time without frays. I think there may be either different runs or different manufacturers causing variability in quality. Seems like certain runs need quality control. Check before you buy, will update if this thing falls apart after a wash or two. If you haven’t heard from me in a month, it’s all good!

I did not like the material very itchy. Its been 5hrs since I for up and the itchness hasn’t stopped.

After reading other reviews on this set, I was a bit skeptical of what I’d end up with. I have a full/queen set and thankfully my pillowcases came in the appropriate sizing. I will say the linen does t feel great on first use, but did slightly soften after washing. The backside of the duvet is a different material, but the same print and is super soft. We personally didn’t have any issues with the overall design of the duvet. I always prefer sets that have a zipper enclosure vs buttons, so I appreciated this feature on this set. I did wash the set with a color catcher for the first wash and did experience a bit of fading but the overall color didn’t change much. Overall, it’s a beautiful design and decent but not great quality.

I got this during the 40% off sale and so glad I did. I was surprised to see the silk like under side of the duvet which will be great for the hot summer nights. The strings to tie the duvet together are also very durable! Also love that it’s machine washable!

The “standard “ shams were supposed to be 20 x 26. One measures in at 20x20 and the other at 20x21. No way can a typical pillow fit in them. So disappointed; I love the print and esthetics of the overall product. Taking it back today.

Material is itchy but beautiful. However my biggest complain is that I washed it and the color faded. It’s more orange.

I love the color and the fact that it’s linen on one side and sateen on the other with the same print, but one of the pillowcases received was a size king and the other was a standard, and the duvet fell apart after first time washing it (before it even went on the bed)

The color and material were good but the sizing was so off. I ordered a king and when I put my king feather insert in , there was a good foot of duvet too much. The duvet was much larger than a king size.

Won’t last, stitching coming undone on one of the shams already.

Every negative review was right on the Pressed Floral Casaluna duvet cover & shams. Least acceptable was one pillow sham was 2 inches less in width than the other (which was small to begin with). The seams on the duvet cover were weaving all along the line like an intoxicated driver on the road. Not at all the clean assembly of 4 other Casaluna duvet covers I have purchased. The mismatch of the fabric from the front to the back side causes puckering, no matter how carefully one follows the washing, drying and pressing instructions. Note that Casaluna has the one year return information on the label. If you choose to risk it, save the packaging and your receipt. I am returning this.

I’ve been eyeing this since I saw it in stores finally got it and I love the color love the pattern. My dislike is the top is so itchy and scratchy. I’ve bought other linen products from this brand such as pillowcases and a sheet to match and they’re softer and I’ve noticed that the king size duvet is also soft but the queen‘s for some reason have that same rough scratchy feel I’ve tried to make it work, but I can’t even lay my arms on top of it when I’m in bed.

Love the watercolor pattern and the colors. This is my third duvet cover from this brand. The only thing with this particular one is the top fabric isn't as soft. And hopefully the zipper holds up this time.

Falling apart after 1 wash

Used with standard size king duvet. After washing (as per instructions) and even line drying, the linen side shrunk, seams all puckered. When it is put back together, the linen side is several inches smaller than the sateen side. While I can just flip it over, it is now smaller than it should be for the bed. Disappointed.

Great texture. Looks good with grays and browns too. I added gray striped sheets alternating with pink striped sheets. Bought King duvet cover set for queen bed.

This duvet cover is absolutely gorgeous. The colors are so soft and delicate! I know someone commented that it’s uncomfortable and scratchy but note that for both the duvet cover and the pillowcases one side is a linen fabric while the bottom half is a polyester/silk feeling fabric. I took a photo so you all can see the difference! Admittedly it’s not the softest fabric in the world but I don’t feel the linen side is itchy or scratchy feeling.

This is a wonderful linen blend duvet set. The print is amazing and the texture and feel is out of this world comfortable to the touch. The flexibility to be able to able to use a full or queen size comforter allows us to use it for ours or our kids comforters. Lovely set!

I’m so happy with my purchase. I appreciate that this a very good quality & the colors are lovely. I actually used the duvet cover for a thinner quilt & although the cover is a little bigger, it still works fine. My only wish is for the sham/pillow cases to be a little longer. Overall very pleased with this set & would highly recommend it to add fresh colors to a bedroom.
