Hefty Shrink-Pak Clear Vacuum Cube Storage Bags (Case of 2)

They don’t hold air and they don’t fit much they suck

I bought it today and tried to use it as directed. At first it seemed to be working but I could hear a air leak. In about 10 mins. most of the vacuum was gone

I purchased these to shrink some clothing, pillows, and bedding. We are a military family and were moving to a smaller home on a different base with a different climate. Therefore, we needed a compact way to shrink our winter clothing, light to medium blankets, and pillows. We left New Mexico with about six bags sealed. Upon arrival to Florida, you could see they did not hold their seal. While the actual "seam" part (the ziploc like part you secured w/ the white tab) was still sealed, they were no longer tight. Also, one of them ripped super easy. I did not overpack by weight and when I lifted out of the cardboard box, part of the box caught on the bag and it easily ripped. I would say you get what you pay for. These prices are too good to be true for durable, long lasting ones.

After reusing some got tears so easily. Can only really use each one 1-2x each. Not worth the price for a single use bag.

I bought these bags about a month and a half ago. I started using them and they already won't stay sealed. I purchased some more bags. I hope these will work (got my fingers crossed). If these mess up, I'll try another brand. I am wasting too much money on plastic bags

I bought a box of 6 assorted sizes at the hardware store for winter blankets and linens. It was more expensive than I imagined for plastic bags but I got them because of the "Hefty" brandname, assuming they would be more durable than the "generic" branded bags. The plastic zipper grip is ineffective. Using it doesn't fully seal the bags and within 12 hours the bags had leaked air back into them and gone back to their original size. The bags work adequately if you just close them and seal the double zipper with your hands. I had to leave them out a few days to make sure they were staying sealed, before storing the bags in my blanket chest. Just suggesting a re-design of the closure might be warranted.

I have used Hefty shrink pak bags before, but it has been a while. After purchasing this one, I am asking my self why I waited to long. The convenience of the press to seal feature opens up the use of this product in so many more places. Another product I got has the hand pump which helps gets the last bit of air out. I'm sold! Thank you, Hefty, for making my closets hold more than they could!

The bags served the purpose of storing my extra blankets

So I purchased a box of your shrink bags about a year ago and every single one of them ended up with a hole in it and re-inflated. I figured maybe I was too rough on them, although seeing as they are supposed to be used for kind of long term seasonal storage I would have figured they would be durable. Anyways, so I figured I'd try again because I really love the idea. So I purchased 2 more boxes a few weeks ago and took special care to not have them get damaged and still every single one of then ends up with a hole in it somewhere that you can hear after you vacuum it out. These bags need to be way more durable to be usable, not to mention how freaking LOUD they are. All I can hear when I am packing them is plastic "crinkle crinkle crinkle crinkle ", like it literally drives me crazy how loud the bags crinkle. I don't know what can be done about that but just wanted to let you know that as well.

I purchased the bags yesterday for a quilt and some pillows. The bags and thin and the zip doesn't stay closed.

I bought a two pack of Jumbo and one leaks constantly. After resealing it several times

We live in a tiny house and these come in quite handy. The only thing that I might suggest is being able to determine what size each is without having to unfold it.

Bought 2 months ago and bags let air in over time. Useless because they do not do their job in staying compact.

I bought it last nite & as soon as i reach home i used it and to my dismay its not working, when i vaccum air i removed but after i removed the vaccum air is back inside, is there no cap to cover the vaccum inlet?

The bags are larger than what you’d think and plenty of stuff will fit in them. The little hand pump that came with the box I bought is a great addition! Now, with the hand pump, you don’t have to drag out your vacuum, attachments and make sure you’re near an electrical outlet. I absolutely adore the new packages that Hefty Storage Solutions has!!

3 of the 6 bags didn’t worked at all… quit deceiving, the other worked amazing tho

I stored items in the new bags and went back to check on them after several days and more than half of them had lost their suction. When they work, they are fantastic! I'll be returning them. This was the case for both boxes I bought.

I bought this to go on a cruise and to be able to fit everything. When coming back the blue pump lost all its suction power and I was stuck stuffing things into bags. It works but don’t depend on the blue pump. You need access to a vacuum.

Tried to contact the company. After I sucked all the air out and left it sitting overnight,quicte a bit of air came back in. I need this for travelling and used to use another product that was discontinued. Would love to speak to someone from this company. I do not use a vacuumed since it says you do not have to. Will return it unless someone contacts me.
