This product is good for getting to sleep, but I found that if you use it consistently it builds up in your system and you are drowsy all day long. I had to stop using it for this reason.

Other sleep products upset my stomach or leave me groggy. Deep Sleep gives me a restful sleep and I awake feeling refreshed. I don't have trouble falling asleep so I take it when I wake in the night and cannot get back to sleep.
