    Knocks you out like nobody's business so you don't sleep like a baby, awake every two hours.

    It works!

    I sleep for the first half of the night .Wake up take power to sleep and it works to fall back to sleep till morning.

    Excellent supplement

    Excellent supplement. It has the right herbs to induce relaxation and Melatonin to help you fall asleep. Repeated use helped me addressed my sleep problems.
