They smell good, and you would think a cherry gummy coated in sugar would taste amazing, but the aftertaste on these is rough. It's a very dry chemical flavor that caught me off guard. They work nicely at relaxing you before bed, and it's really nice that they are melatonin free.

Between a busy toddler mom life and all the things on my to-do list, quality sleep is something I could definitely use more of. Melatonin has no effect on me and magnesium is recommended for other things. Unfortunately, these gummies did not work nearly as well as the other brand I was using. I saw no improvements in my overall sleep quality

I suffer with severe and debilitating anxiety that causes extreme panic attacks at least once a month. I've been trying to control it naturally, without prescriptions, because I'm sick of relying on medications that cause side effects. I noticed a difference within 4 days after starting this. I took it for an entire month and I went from weekly panic attacks to only having 2 in the entire month and I cannot tell you the kind of relief that has flooded me. I'm absolutely floored. Not only does this product contain magnesium but if also has gaba and other botanicals. I wasn't convinced it would do much but I was so wrong. This product has made me consume magnesium & gaba every day now and I've never been happier. I'm so much more calm, I'm able to enjoy my days and I can go out into public without worrying about freaking out. I just want to applaud Natrol, honestly. If you suffer with the same issues that I do, please try this. Give it some time to work too. I 100% recommend this!

The product helped me fall asleep quicker but not necessarily to stay asleep. These are a great melatonin-free, non-prescription option.

I've taken melatonin supplements before and not enjoyed the side effects, but I didn't think that non-melatonin sleep aids would be effective either. I slept more soundly on nights that I took these with no drowsiness the day after. I was a little concerned that the taste and texture would be weird, as they sometimes are with vegan gummies, but they weren't chalky or stale and the flavor wasn't super sweet or overpowering. I would consider these a reasonable investment if you want to try something different for sleep.
