This drink mix has been really a great aid in helping me relax and end the night calm with the melatonin ingredient. I can sleep well and wake up refreshed. It’s easy to take and enjoyable. The packaging is amazing, very easy to open prepackaged product, all you have to do is open and mix it without measuring the dose. The taste is good. It helped me sleep well. I’ve used Natrol melatonin in the past and trust the brand to help me sleep. The flavor is nice, light, and not super sweet. No stomach issues with it. Like that it is pre measured in little packs.

It tastes like koolaid and is quite refreshing but I’m not so sure about how “calming” it really is. Guess that depends on the person. In my case I felt quite relaxed after drinking it but I was also chilling in front the tv. It’s not something I’d regularly drink.

I was able to try it from a quick grab. It is sugar free yet has a nice pleasant taste. It definitely helped me fall asleep and I felt well rested in the morning.

It makes me cringe like eating sour candy, but the taste is not good either. Definitely can taste the ingredients. The effect was extremely gentle, and I can easily stay awake for hours after drinking it. I also tried it in warm water, cold water, lots of water, a small amount of water, it's still bitter.

I took one stick before night and slept through night without any issues and fell asleep very well and quickly. Four stars just because of the flavor, on my taste it is too strong. I will definitely buy one more, just different flavor.

I drink one packet after a long day of tiring work so that I can be relaxed and get a well rested nights sleep. The sleep support blend is GABA which improve sleep quality and magnesium which is an essential mineral that can help the body relax and support sleep. I love the cherry flavor plus it’s sugar free. It taste great and does not have an aftertaste. I just mix a stick pack with 8 ounces of water, stir and sip.

Has no artificial flavors, no artificial sweeteners, no synthetic dyes, non gmo and is vegetarian. The ingredients meet the needs for many people. Magnesium is what I look for and this is listed as well as Vitamin B6. Being on the road and staying in hotels requires I get great sleep to perform my best in my career. This supplement can go with me and not have to worry about dragging the next day. Love it!

The premeasured packets are very convenient too.

The night I tried it I could not really tell any difference in getting to sleep although I don't usually have trouble. I did notice I was a little tired just before going to bed and that could have been caused by this. It also includes magnesium which is something I take anyway. If you have issues getting to sleep, you might want to give this a try.
