I was a bit disappointed that it had some ingredients that I don’t love (some of the extracts). The tear notches didn’t work for me but it did taste good overall.

Mixed with 8oz was a little strong, and I preferred a more subtle flavor. The package was easy to tear open and pour into my water. I noticed more of a peaceful feeling on nights that I drank this.

I try it as a tea and wow this does works is very calming and has a lemony flavor it tasted delicious I added a lil bit of honey it was yummy. I even shared with my mother in law since she has problems sleeping as well. She loved as well. I highly recommend this product is amazing !! 1000/1000 a must have if you have problems sleeping.

The packaging is convenient for travel but I wasn’t able to tear it where indicated and needed a scissors. The flavor was decent but the amount of stevia created too much artificial sweetness that overpowered the drink. While I do think the ingredients can help with sleep, I didn’t notice a difference. I’m used to taking magnesium glycinate for sleep, but this only contains 100 mg and I think a higher dose is needed for effectiveness.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] NATROL Sleep & Restore Melatonin Free Calming Drink Mix, Lemon Chamomile Flavor I received NATROL Sleep & Restore Melatonin Free Calming Drink Mix, Lemon Chamomile Flavor from NATROL and Influenster, free of charge in return for my honest and unbiased review. The mix comes in single serve packages for ease of use and portability when traveling. I took one packet out of the box and I put the mix in the water. I used cold water. I had to stir the mix a bit to get it off of the bottom of the glass, but once it started getting stirred, it dissolved rather quickly. The flavor was actually nice. It has the smoothness of the chamomile, and just the right amount of lemon to give it a refreshing tanginess. There was no heaviness on my stomach and it wasn't too sweet. Also, it is only mixed with 8 ounces of water, so you don't have to drink too much liquid before falling asleep. I noticed that soon after I finished the drink, I felt more relaxed and was ready to go to sleep faster than I normally would have. I woke up in the morning without any adverse effects.
