Hero Force Shield Superlight Sunscreen SPF30 - 10ml

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been struggling with contact dermatitis as well as eczema. I thought this would be great for my skin. It broke me out in pimples as well as eczema! The contact dermatitis went crazy on my cheeks. This also started to burn when I was sweating. I’m sad because I wanted this to work.

Hero's sunscreen is a game changer! It's reef safe, mineral formula is fragrance and silicone free, and it's clinically tested and non-irritating with a solid 30 SPF. I love that it's super light and absorbs quickly - must-have for my fair skin. Initially, it gives a slight green tint that actually helps cover redness, making it perfect for sensitive or acne-prone skin. It primes your skin nicely and works great under makeup or on its own for an even finish. Although it's marketed for facial use, it works wonders on other areas too! Highly recommend, but maybe sample first to get used to the green tint.

This is the only facial sunscreen that checks off everybox: great skincare, beautiful finish, feels invisible, doesn't make me breakout. The ONLY negative point is that it dries weird in my facial hair, so I have to be precise around my beard and eyebrows.

Best zinc sunscreen I've ever bought. Doesn't leave a greasy feel or cause breakouts. Highly recommend.

Best sunscreen out there! I've tried many many sunscreena, but really enjoyed using this particular product because it's for acne-prone skin like mine. I'm having breakout issues due to stress and hormones and this sunscreen has a green tint to it to balance out the red color in your skin to help camouflage and benefit your acne prone skin. Great for mature skin too, I've found this highly useful product and do recommend.

I have never in my life had a stye or any type of issue with eye irritation when using a product but i have gotten 3 styes since starting to use this sunscreen. Something about it just irritates my eyes so bad.

I really love this stuff. If you have sensitive skin that almost nothing works for, this is for you!! The only thing wrong is the packaging. I bought it and about a month later it wouldn’t come out of the bottle anymore right. I’d give it ten stars if it was packaged better.

Drying, not suitable for dry skin. The green tint does not help with redness or white cast. This also did not protect against sunburn during a 30 min exposure.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great mineral sunscreen with a green tint that camouflages my naturally pinky-toned skin. I am a fair redhead with red patches on my cheeks and this masks the redness quite well, as well as reducing the pinkiness on my body. It is not drying which I was concerned about and I have had no adverse reactions to it. It is priced too high for the amount you get so I hope that can be remedied soon.

It is good but it has a weird tint and I had to use a beauty blender to rub in.

For this Hero Superlight Sunscreen, the design of the tube is nice and makes dispensing easy. I like that it has a very smooth texture, doesn't smell like a typical sunscreen, and doesn't feel heavy on my skin. The green tint isn't noticeable, yet it reduced the redness on my face. I was super psyched when I shared this Superlight Sunscreen by Hero Cosmetics on my socials, and they sent me a free one! Does it get any better than free?? Yes, it does! This truly is a very light and fast absorbing sunscreen. Plus, it doesn't make me break out, and it doubles as a makeup primer. I can wear makeup over it super easily and be protected from the sun. I love it, and I highly recommend it!

I have dry-combo acne prone skin and finding the correct skincare can be a challenge. This sunscreen blends quickly and is not greasy. It hydrates my skin while also remaining weightless and breathable. It is faintly tinted green, helping to reduce my redness, which I appreciate. A little goes a long way or it can produce a bit of a white cast. This is one of my favorite sunscreen. Definitely recommend trying out if you are acne prone and/or have some redness. This sunscreen applies well and feels light and comfortable on my skin. It absorbs well and has no residual tackiness or greasiness which is important to me. There is a slight green cast to it, which I actually liked as it helped balance out some of the redness in my face without otherwise affecting the appearance of my skin tone (no white cast). However, not sure if that would be the case for all skin tones. I also noticed that if I don't let it fully absorb before continuing with my skincare and makeup routine, it "moves" on my skin a little bit and creates some whiteness where it has been "pulled" as I apply other products and it blends with them. As long as I let it fully absorb first, this isn't an issue though. It works well with the rest of my skincare routine and makeup or on its own. Also, it has no fragrance, and definitely does not have that classic "sunscreen" smell. It feels like I don't have anything on while providing everyday sun protection. I quite like it! Hero’s Force Shield Superlight Sunscreen SPF 30 is one of the best sunscreens that I have ever used. I love how fast it absorbs into my skin. It’s a lightweight solution for sun protection that actually feels good when I apply it. This is a great sunscreen if you don’t like the heavy stuff that takes forever to rub in and absorb. I like the moisturizing benefits that don’t clog my pores or cause acne on my face. I also like that this product is mineral based, fragrance free, and hasn’t caused any irritation. This sunscreen is truly super lightweight. It absorbs well and is not greasy. It does not feel like I’m wearing sunscreen. I love that it is fragrance free. I do typically prefer a stronger SPF though. This one works great under makeup or on its own. There is no white cast. It has an airless pump style tube. This is a mineral based sunscreen. This is a great sunscreen from hero called the force shield superlight sunscreen. It is just that - superlight. Its not heavy and applies really easily and does not feel heavy on the skin. It is SPF 30 which is a decent coverage and perfect for everyday wear. Since it is lighter it does not clog your pores and wears well under makeup.
