Awesome oddity for whole family!

This odd little thing moves in such a fascinating yet creepy way that not only does my 6-year-old love it, but my husband and I also play with it. We want to purchase a second to have races. Unlike others, we have had absolutely no issues with the functionality of the remote or movement (only used on smooth floor, upholstered furniture, or low pile rugs). This is going to be my go-to gift for young kids who like creepy crawlies.

If you're a fan of Hexbug products or into robotics, I highly recommend this one!

I recently purchased this product, and it's AMAZING. I love the unique look of the Kraken, and it's life-like movement is sure to both freak out and amaze you. The packaging and presentation of the robot itself is a nice touch, and the design is simply fantastic. The robot's tentacles are rubber, and it can climb and run (using the controller's "turbo" right shoulder button) along low-pile carpets and solid floors and tables. My only complaint is that the screw for the remote strips WAYYY to easily. Other than that, great product. My only complain
