Q: Does this board need to be refrigerated? It’s still in its packaging but when I bought it at the store it was just in an isle . Before opening it can I just leave it on the counter ?

A: Thank you for your question as the Hickory Farms Classic Charcuterie Board is shelf stable so leaving it out on the counter is perfectly fine. Excellent product but smaller than anticipated
The food tastes great. Came with a cute chopping board and knife. The jelly's are great tasting. Definitely ordering bigger bottles of the sauce next Xmas. The product was smaller than anticipated though.

Really good but over priced
It was good, filling if you add crackers, fruit, and a few eggs for two people. Mustard and jam was good. Heated Gouda up in the oven. Just over priced. $20 seems more reasonable. MAYBE $25. That’s why I took off star. Cutting board and knife are decent enough but they are cheap and won’t last long if used frequently.
