The ornament is so elegant looking.

Does not keep closed that well. Wanted to put baby’s newborn hat in but is not sturdy enough

This is pretty however on the one I received-the hinge or clasp if you want to call it is weak and I’m not sure it won’t pop open. The “brass” already is tarnished as well in spots.

Loved this ornament - made a DIY about it being a perfect replica for a Remembrall like in Harry Potter. Gorgeous overall.

These ornaments are beautiful but 2 out of the 3 I purchased does not stay closed. The quality isn’t the greatest for the price. I expected way more. They’re nothing special.

Beware of the 66% price hike! Last year these were selling for $5.99 each. Target thinks we don’t notice. If more people stop buying them at their current price of $8.99, the system’s AI will lower the price bc they employ “dynamic pricing” strategies to adjust and set prices; they’re not stable, they fluctuate quickly and are based on what the trained AI thinks you’re willing to pay and that set of numbers is based off last year’s stats and how quickly the units were sold. But the price hike on these is staggering! This is a 66% increase on last year’s retail price. That is a SIGNIFICANT jump and should upset you as a consumer.

Pretty, and I love that it opens, but the glue around the edge is visible and kind of messy.

Stunning piece! I have it in my curio cabinet and for Christmas I’ll hang my late father’s photo inside!

I love the idea of these ornaments. I just wish they stayed closed better.

I nearly avoided this bauble after reading its reviews, but I gambled and ordered the Ribbed variant. It looks even more beautiful IRL. The clasp aligns and functions, and indeed, it's made of lightweight glass (perhaps, some folk mistake it for plastic because of the weight). Slightly larger than anticipated but not an issue. I intend to use it as a ring box at Christmas, and I'm pleased with the overall quality for this use. Despite complaints of damage, the bauble arrived well-packed and sound (as a separate parcel from the rest of my order). Perhaps, the quality of packing and handling depends on which distribution center dispatches. Or, maybe I just got lucky.

So disappointed. It’s so pretty but it doesn’t clasp shut all the way so I wouldn’t trust anything to stay inside it.

I was so excited to see these back in stock last year after missing out on them last year! Turns out, it would have been better off without them this year. I ordered 2. One arrived broken with no replacement available. The other is in tact, but the top where the ribbon is threaded through is very cheaply made and looks as though it could shatter at any time.

These are high quality and I wish I was able to get more. They sold out quickly and didn’t get more in. I used them for christmas gifts for family and coworkers. Nice quality glass with metal hinge that opens smoothly. Not too heavy for your tree but it isnt paper thin either.

Terrible packaging!!!! Sadly there was not one piece of bubble wrap, tissue paper or any kind of protection. Literally two glass ornaments thrown in a box together and shipped. Of course it came broken. I’m not able to reorder because they’re out of stock.
