    Upgraded after 15 years.

    Love this TV. We paired it up with a name brand sound bar with subwoofer, and it didn’t disappoint. We upgraded from our previous name brand 15 year old TV. Picture quality is amazing, and for a fraction of the cost we paid for a TV 15 years ago. I just hope it lasts. Time will tell, but I did buy the extended warranty.

    The TV didn’t come with a remote and when I tried to get one from them they didn’t even try and help. Everyone kept pointing me to different directions and it wasn’t worth standing there another 30 minutes so I had to just buy one.

    In 2024, I purchased a Westinghouse smart Roku TV 55". It is now 2026 not even a full 2 years the television is no longer working. The pixles are destuarted and making lines and banners across the tv screen in several places. Target I suggest you all review your customer reports for those who own Westinghouse products greater than 1 year. I do have extended warrently protection plan; however, as a consumer who did no apply any manual accidential damage, this television should be able to perform more than 1.5 years.

If you’re using a power strip, surge protector, or extension cord, please bypass it and plug the TV directly into a working wall outlet.     I purchased this TV in December 2025. It is now May 2026 and already has a blue line on the right side and in the middle of the television. I would not recommend purchasing this television.
