Q: How do I apply to a purchase to someone else
A: I would call Holland directly, give them the reservation number (if you don't have it they'll need the passenger's name, date of embarkation, and ship name, maybe more?) . What I've done in the past is, I'll book the reservation and put down the deposit and then after I get the gift cards from Target I just call them and give the numbers from the gift card and they take it off the balance. Easy Peasy.

Q: Same question. Any restrictions on how many gift cards can be purchased to go towards a cruise?
A: If I'm remembering right, Target only allows me to purchase 10 at a time online, when I was in store they had to do a special override but I believe you can only get them online now so I just made multiple purchases of 10 a time.

Q: Are there any limits or restrictions on how many or how much $ can be used to purchase a cruise?
A: Since the most you can buy is $200 per gift card I've used several and never had a problem

Q: Can these be used to book on a sister cruise line such as Carnival?
A: No, these are only valid for bookings with the Holland America line towards the purchase of a cruise or to be used as a onboard credit on the Holland America line.

Q: How do I use the certificate onboard? I’m told that the numbers are incorrect.
