Uncomfortable
Very uncomfortable chair. It seems to be made well, however there’s not enough padding and the units/motors that initiate the “massage” push into your thighs. The massage isn’t really a massage either. I guess you can’t expect much of a massage for $160, but this chair isn’t worth the cost. Very disappointed and it will be replaced soon. I do not recommend this chair.
