I wanted to like this chair but it's very hard and the material is cheap so it damages easily. The massage works great but the chair itself won't last a year before replacing

A few quirks but, hey...it's RED!
We found the remote did not work properly and the massager keep running continuously when plugged in UNTIL...I realized the plugs on the chair were not connected properly. Once switching the black-to-black and white-to-white plugs...it worked, including the remote. The GOOD NEWS is the chair looks very nice; the RED is a true red (that is enough for 5 stars alone) and the leather fabric is very soft. I'm hoping after sitting on it for long hours, it'll eventually conform to my shape! (Fingers-crossed). All in all, it is a nice chair for the cool office!

Awesome Chair
I bought this for my son as a birthday present so he could do his gaming in his room without sitting on the bed. He loves it and sits in it for hours and hours. I believe it must be fairly comfortable since he rarely wants to get out of it!

Good For The Price
I had gotten this chair a while ago and finally got around to putting it together. I hate assembling things and really wish furniture comes assembled already. That said, I was surprised when I opened the box as to how pretty the color is. And it works well with my existing assemble it yourself furniture. The most difficult part of the assembly believe it or not were getting the wheels into the base. There were small rings on the part that entered into the base that made it very difficult to push the wheels in. I ended up getting pliers to squeeze the rings inward which made it easier to get them into the base. Another surprise was that the chair has a message feature. I did not recall seeing that in the description but it was a while ago that I ordered this chair. It's not as strong as the chair messagers at the mall but it does an admirable job. The rest of the assembly was fairly straightforward and I did not have too much of problem with that. The chair is more comfortable than the chair I'm replacing but I will have to get a lumbar pillow of some sort for my tailbone because there is not enough cushioning in that area of the chair. Other than that the chair is decent for the price and I'll get good use out of it.

After months of searching for a comfortable office chair, this product made my l'il heart jump with joy! It's stylish, comfortable and offers heated seating and massage in three areas: Shoulders, Lumbar & Thighs. SHIPPING was very fast. ASSEMBLY: Chair requires assembly, using a small number of sturdy screws and an Allan key. Two people /four hands are needed. I had purchased 2 chairs and this was my 2nd assembly. It took about 15-20 all told to assemble. OPERATION of Heat /Massage: Clear directions are given to operate the remote control governing the Heat / Massage function which can be used separately * Heat: Off /On * Mode: 5 combos of massage styles. * Intensity: High / Low * Timer (15 /30 /60 mins.) Very happy customer!

Overall a great chair and worth the price. Biggest issue was the directions for assembly were cheaply made and the ink was missing in a lot of spots like they were faced over. Once I stopped using them I had the chair assembled in 20 minutes. Because there was nothing about the massager and heater, it took me several days to realize it wasn't defective. If it is constantly vibrating the seat when plugged in and the back isn't doing anything then the cords were plugged backwards. It's comfy and easy to assemble. I give it a 4 for being what is advertised. The reason it's not getting a 5 is because the issues I had could have been avoided with clear and proper directions.
