Awesomeness on a stick!
This is my second unit... it took a flood from a tropical storm to kill the first one that id used for years! Great product! This one doesn't have quite the power my first one had but still a very good product. Great for shoulder and upper back in particular!

Good but can be better.
Could be a five star product but smaller than previous models of the same price point. It does help with my pain but power button and heat button too easy shuts off accidentally with your hand.

Unit is not made like it used to be. Much smaller than previous models in the past. Not as strong massage. It does still do the job and I like that there's no automatic overheat shut off. The on/off button is too sensitive and shuts off too easily if your hand hits it. It's like everything else consumers but today, same or increased prices but less product.

New Massager
We have one that is about 20 years old. The new massager is smaller and 1/2 lighter making it easier to use. Wish it had a coulpe diff modes but very nice to use.

Very good, however if using on top of skin it with “ Pinch “ Ouch ! It should have a fabric cover
