The company doesn’t “have communication” with Target to replace parts that their quality control deemed as fine. So ridiculous. This is the second time a bigger-ticket item arrived with missing pieces. I spend too much money at this store for them not to have anything available other than “sorry, take it back as-is, and here’s a whopping $20.” Do NOT purchase.
