The initial set up process of the chair was relatively easy, however I do feel like the instructions could’ve been a little more descriptive. Other than that it was pretty simple to set up. The chair is very comfortable and the lumbar support is really nice on my back. The only drawback is that the stitching on the chair is starting to unravel.I haven't had the chair long and I would expect it to last over time. Other than that I love it I would definitely purchase again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to get this chair. You will need to assemble it. It took a little bit to put it together. Once i got it together i sat in it. Oh my it supports my bad back like a dream. I like how you can adjust the height with a push of a lever. I will be able to sit and work on the computer without having pain. This chair is worth every penny. My husband said he wants one for his work space. So we will be looking into getting another one.
