I wear a 34DDD bra and I have found only ONE bra that fits comfortably, covers the girls, and holds them in place. But it does not have headlight protection. My Honey Cloudz Oval Lites totally took care of the problem. The inserts lay in my bra cup and they do not shift. They are undetectable under clothing, even just my bra! I don't even feel them! And...my nipples don't show through during those "cold spells". I highly recommend these. There are different styles, but I prefer the "Oval Lites". I got the little blue bag to wash them in (several pairs fit nicely in one bag). Delicate setting, cold water, and then lay them out to dry. Really good investment for my needs.
