Q: Does the outside case of the heater get hot or is it cool to the touch while it's working?

A: For an adult, the TOUCH may be fine but if ur leg brushes against it, the leg may be more sensitive to the heat.

A: It does have a blowers to assist in heat circulation, BUT if you lower the temperature to it's lowest temp,, it will give you cool air.

A: All heaters are costly to run, but this one at least has a thermostat to allow to control the temperature better. This is the same as running your hair dryer non-stop.

So far, this heater has been working great for me. No complaints. It heats up my 8ft by 6ft space in the greenhouse very well. I've been through several heaters trying to find a decent one that won't break down easily, heats the space easily, is lightweight, easy to use, and isn't loud. Currently, it works like a dream. In the cold weather, I leave it on all night at 60 degrees.

This is a taller tower heater and gives out lots of heat. During the colder days I would put it in the living room and not have to turn on the heat in the house. It’s like my trusty sidekick. We recently got hairless guinea pigs and the heater resides by their cage at night. We set it to 74, quiet mode which is whisper quiet! You can choose where you want the heat to blow (floor, middle, top or all 3). I love that it has a digital screen so you can see the actual temperature you are turning it to. I love this space heater and it’s the perfect heater for work from home people freezing at their desk!

This heater is a perfect addition to my home during the chilly winter months. One of the standout features of this heater is its ceramic heating technology. It quickly and efficiently warms up the room without causing any discomfort or dryness in the air. The Heat Genius function allows me to customize my heating experience with various settings, catering to different preferences and room sizes like living area or bedroom. It doesn’t look ugly, instead fits seamlessly into any room decor. And most importantly to all, it is quite an energy saving. I can set the time of my choice to heat up the area from the 6 different choices and that I don’t need to turn it off manually in the middle of night. In terms of safety, the heater has cool-touch housing, tip-over protection, and overheat protection, providing peace of mind, especially if you have pets or children around.

I looked at all the reviews of the in stock heaters in my store to purchase before a rare cold snap into single digits. Our first floor family room is an open floor plan and doesn’t hold heat well, but it’s our gathering common room that we’re always in! I bought this awesome heater and within minutes the room went up FIVE degrees from 66 to 71! Within an hour we were all so comfortable we were able to turn it to low. I love all the safety features on it and it’s really not loud - we are used to air machines for purification and it’s the same noise level. Honeywell consistently has great heating and cooling products, I’d highly recommend this. It’s also light weight so will store easily in the summer for us. I’m already looking forward to buying a second one for our bedroom!

It does make some noise, but it is not annoying and more like white noise. I am cautious when it comes to room heaters and make sure I turn it off whenever someone isn’t in the room and I keep it in the center of the room away from all items.

It does turn off after about 30 minutes which was a plus for me as my son used it s well and you know teenagers are forgetful. Definitely recommend this heater.

It still works in large rooms just more as a personal heater than a whole room heater. It has a thermostat and you can set it to whereever you like. I wish it would oscilate to help distribute better. But it is still a great heater for the price. Highly recommend.

It has multiple settings and allows you to adjust the temperature, which I love! There’s a quiet mode that drastically lowers the amount of sound it’s putting out. You’re also able to change where the heat comes out of (top/bottom/both) in the personal settings. For example, you can select floor option which is great if you’re trying to warm your feet while sitting down. The heat quickly warms the room and makes it the perfect temperature for these chilly days we’re having. So happy with this heater! Way better than the smaller ones that don’t offer as many settings!

Even with central heating in the entire home, for some reason, this room gets the cold spot, and I am constantly rubbing my hands when I am typing on the keyboard. This heater has been a godsend and I am loving it a lot! And it is suoer silent so it doesn't bother me in my meetings etc.
